2013 Infiniti JX35, 2014-15 QX60 Transmission Issue

The problem: Affected vehicles may exhibit a shudder or vibration while in gear. This may be due to a faulty continously variable automatic transmission, drivechain or valve body inside the transmission.

Vehicles affected by this service campaign:

  • 2013 Infiniti JX35
  • 2014 Infiniti QX60
  • 2015 Infiniti QX60

Corrective action: Dealers will diagnose the condition and if confirmed, replace either the valve body, the drivechain or the transmission.

Warranty info: This service campaign is being performed free of charge under the Infiniti new car or extended warranty, whichever applies.
