For Sale Now: The Pickup Truck You Wished Ferrari Would Build

1989 Mazda B2000 "Testarossa"

Americans love pickup trucks—and everybody loves Ferraris. Which naturally begs the question: Why hasn’t Ferrari ever built a pickup? This one-of-a-kind creation started life as a Mazda B2000 pickup, at some point losing its roof and receiving a custom Ferrari-esque body with a matching hardtop. It also sports a real stick shift—no F1 gearbox here! Unlike many cars we’ve seen with similar conversions, this one seems to be reasonably well done and looks to have been taken care of over the years. The seller gives little information as to the history of the truck but states that it has 71,000 miles on the clock.1989 Mazda B2000 "Testarossa"

The price is $12,500. Yes, that seems like a lot for what’s essentially an old Mazda with some extra fiberglass, but it’s cheap for a Ferrari. And this one really hauls.
