2014-2015 Dodge Grand Caravan, Chrysler Town & Country Climate Control Issue

The problem: A blend air door on these vehicles may experience problems, resulting in the loss of interior temperature control.

Corrective action: Dealers will reprogram the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning control module. If a door actuator is found to be damaged, it will be replaced, as well.

Warranty info: This service bulletin is being performed free of charge under the Dodge/Chrysler new-car limited warranty. Affected vehicles will receive a five-year/60,000-mile extended warranty on affected actuators.
